Great for saving and borrowing

We've been using Zopa for a number of years now, mostly lending as the rate of return was stellar in comparison to the derisory interest that banks are offering on their products (how laughable are ISAs these days?). Recently I took out a loan using Zopa so we could upgrade our bathroom and it could not have been simpler, everything online, applying was easy. I did phone up because I wanted to retrospectively add on the get the money quicker feature and the lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and got the job done with no fuss. Management of the loan is simple, I managed to move the payment day on the website (I like all my vultures to swoop at the start of the month, after pay day). I would definitely consider Zopa for a loan in the future if it's going to be a hassle free (and competitive, rate-wise) as this again. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Zopa was smart, easy, simple and quick. I applied and got my money within a few days. Their web portal is very clear and easy to use. Effective and easy company to deal with

I personally have an excellent credit rating, have never missed a payment on a line of credit, and have a reasonably well paid job. When looking for a loan, however, I struggled to find one with a good interest rate and was put off by complicated application processes. Zopa came along and offered me a guaranteed APR which was the lowest I had been offered so far, and was accepted within 12 hours. I had the full amount sent over the next day.
