Great loan company that joins up communities

Zopa has a great model, joining up a community of small local lenders, thereby distributing the risk for both the lenders and the person taking out the loan. Excellent loan APR rates which are highly competitive and reasonable led me to chose Zopa to be my loan provider. The customer service was great, with lightning quick decisions, following a simple credit check. My loan was paid directly into my account and cleared in a couple of days, as promised and the repayments have been taken from my account smoothly. Their app allows me to track my repayment progress and there is an option to pay off early without being penalised. I'm am very happy with Zopa and would consider taking out other loans with them in the future (this is my second time with them) and even possibly being one of their lenders. Cheap and cheerful

Easy to use with great rates!

I applied for, and took, a three year loan which I have now paid off. The process was easy to apply for and manage my loan, and the friendly customer service is a credit to Zopa! I would use again over other suppliers even if their rates weren't as competitive. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Very easy and efficient company

Took slightly longer to get my application agreed than with other companies I have used in the past but I guess this was a good thing in terms of getting everything looked into properly. Easy, great service, all round great provider

The application was easy the money was in my bank within a few days like they said. I ask to change my bill date and the service was great, was no problem at all.
