So approachable and hassle free (not scary!)

I was needing a loan, but was very nervous about getting one. But they were so simple and quick! I was approved and had the money in my account in 3 days. They sent me regular emails to keep me updated (which is always reassuring) and all costs are laid out before you commit and really helpful you can pick your repayment date.
