Simple, straightforward, clear and quick.

Happened upon Zopa while searching for an on-line short term loan. The website is clear, un-cluttered and jargon free. The terms and conditions are clear to understand and the application process was straightforward with quick decision. The interest rates are the best available even comparing to my high street bank. Since taking out the loan, my only further query with Zopa was a direct debit date change which again was completed on-line and immediately changed. Would I recommend Zopa ? Already have. Best rate, personally suited loans

Zopa offered the best rate on a loan for myself. I was able to personally customise everything so I knew how much I would pay back monthly and in total and on which day I would pay. They offer easy access to then pay further each month. In whole it's been a good experience using Zopa as the company for my first ever loan. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016
