Wasn't for me

Simple, Affordable &Trustworthy... what more could you ask for?

The title of this review really does say it all. Simple, Affordable and Trustworthy; three words that describe Zopa to a tee. Whether it be their user-friendly website or their helpful and dedicated customer support team. From their transparent and easy-to-understand fees to their greatly competative rates. Zopa has it all. As a customer of Zopa, I really couldn't recommend them highly enough. This is lending in plain, straight talking English. And with the option to payback your loan early if you so wish without any penalty, this company certainly is the real deal. So as cliché as this may sound, its a 10/10 from me. Zopa delights with its simplicity and ease

I've been pleased to use Zopa twice for taking out a loan for the best of reasons and the simplicity of the experience sets the bar extremely high not just for loan providers but for online services everywhere. It's the ease of application - including the lack of adverse credit history footprint just for exploring - that is the real wow, but the ease of early repayments and other online services are also great. In addition to the great online services, when I did need to phone (I made a mistake on the second application that the online service picked up on) I got through instantly: no queue, no 'press 2 if your name is Bob'. Very impressive. I'm a CIO and they've inspired me to consider how to better my own services. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
