Easy, good rates and good customer service

I have had two loans with zopa. On both occasions it was easy and stress free. The second loan was to consolidate my first loan and borrow extra. This was done on the phone in just a couple of minutes. Managing your account online is simple and the website is easy to navigate. In particular there is a clear and easy to understand breakdown of your loan repayments and how much you have left. I also like the fact that you can pay off extra without penalty, just go online, make an extra payment and you're done. Overall I am extremely pleased with my zopa loan. Excellent investment

Perfect for your everyday life

We have had a Fantastic customer experience from start to finish with Zopa, quick decision, quick transfer no hassle and fantastic rates by comparison with the banks. Satisfied but rates aint competitive anymore

I have noticed Hitachi has the most competitive rates. i got 3.9% vs zopa was offering higher for a recent application. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016

No Faffing about, Zopa sorts it out!

As a pensioner with a fixed income and little in the way of savings, when I needed my bathroom updating, the prospects were not hopeful! Then my daughter told me about Zopa. She had been a customer, and encouraged me to ring them. Customer service was very helpful and pleasant, and explained everything down to dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's. I felt so confident, that I agreed the loan I needed there and then! Repayments are simple, as are statements, so I know exactly what's going on! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zopa to my family and friends, although I wouldn't normally recommend any financial product. Reviewed on: 19th December 2016
