Good savings rates and easy access to my money. The app works perfectly and on the one occasion that I had to contact them with a query about limits and transfers I got the answer that I needed quickly. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Great fixed rate ISA and regular saver

Easy to open fixed rate ISA with leading rate at the the time of issue. Now taking out regular saver at a greta rate with easy transfer from my bank. All done on the app and easy to set up for a 69 year old. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Happy customer after years saving with them

I've been a Zopa customer (smart saver, and ISA account) for years now. I love the simplicity of their App. It provides the info you need in a very transparent way. Once I got locked out from the account because the system identified transactions as suspicious, and it was a pain to go through support calls and chats to regain control of it... but I guess this is part of having improved security.
