Easy, straightforward, and excellent customer care!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Ross to facilitate my car finance agreement - the whole process was smooth and straightforward, and the level of customer care and attention to detail from the start was absolutely spot on. This is how customer service is done the right way.

Cara was incredibly helpful and understanding of Autism in a totally non judgmental way. Cara was friendly and willing to explain the things I didn't fully understand at first. Cara had all the information needed and was both professional and took the time to have a little joke. This helped me feel less anxious and proves that Cara excels at customer service. No care when they have the money

Brilliant Upto the moment of signing finance agreement then trader then was rude and changed the deal so I said I did not want the car (within 12h of signing the paperwork ) now it has been 3 weeks and have called zuto everyday and they will say anything to get me off the phone and say will call me back but never do and say payments will defo be back tomorrow but never is or just say the trader won’t answer the phone. But they normally transfer me to to there team for recovering the funds but then the phone hangs up where I have been on hold so long.so now I’m 3 weeks in with no car and I’m paying the £382 a month . Fantastic Service
