Misled on Part-Exchange, Dealer Refused Agreed Price...

Misled on Part-Exchange, Dealer Refused Agreed Price I arranged finance and a part-exchange through Zuto in June 2025. During the initial call, Zuto confirmed that my old car would be valued at £900. When the dealer delivered the new vehicle, they only offered £700, and I refused to hand over my car. Zuto acknowledged the £900 figure and assured me the dealer would collect the car, but the dealer has since refused to respond. I am now paying over £300 per month on two cars due to this mismanagement. Zuto confirmed to me that the dealer has received multiple complaints from other customers and is blocking their calls, yet they refuse to intervene further. I would caution others to be aware and to ensure any arrangements are clearly documented. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
