Overall a well executed service in terms of the product, the app, the insights from 118M8 app, ease of use, the payment options, the customer service, help is always there during financial difficulties. I find it is as an all round excellent experience. One thing that could be improved is the way to contact 118. The chat option in the app seems half baked often resulting in resorting to a phone call. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
