The agent was friendly, helpful and engaged.

Early reporting (online) of my recent spend transactions failed to provide an appropriate level of detail so I was unable to check the report. However, one quick call to an agent who was clearly engaged and motivated to help (rather than close the call as quickly as possible) provided me with further details and the the reassurance that all was in order. Reliable and Supportive Credit!

I really needed a credit card during the Holiday Period, having some issues with my bank, as my account was frozen because a scammer tried to access it, and here it comes 118 118, quick, efficient, ready to help and support me with the amount I needed, and since then they keep advise me through their ads, apps and emails about healthy financial decisions.
