Very handy, especially at the time of a few changes to my personal circumstances. Quick process to apply and get card. I have had my account with 118 for a few years and has been really helpful and useful to get back on track. Can not fault this company

Since getting my account I have had no issues at all. I have had silly queries of which the customer service team have only been to happy to help and not laughed at my stupidity! But they had a sense of humour at the same time! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
