Great person loan experience

I needed a loan and was able to secure one on same day. The interest rate was a bit high, but I appreciated having the option to repay it early. Throughout the process, I found the customer service very helpful,they were always available to answer my questions and provide advice on the best options. When I first requested a settlement statement, I decided not to pay it off at that time. A few months later, I requested another statement and had no trouble receiving it. I was then able to pay off the loan without any complications. Overall, I had a smooth experience and cannot say anything negative about the process. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I’ve dealt with several lenders over the years, but 118 money is in a league of their own. The application process took less than five minutes, and the interface is incredibly intuitive. I didn't have to jump through hoops or provide endless paperwork. I was approved almost instantly, and the funds were available exactly when they said they would be.
