Got a reasonable APR considering my credit score (better than a lot of other providers) I can't comment on customer service, as with the app being so simple to navigate, I haven't had a need for any help - touch wood! Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Great customer service. Calls are answered and they were a great help when my direct debit didnt go through and I paid by card. The direct debut went through later and it was automatically refunded. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
