okay but

If you’re ever unfortunatly late - they will chase you relentlessly and call, email text multiple times an hour all hours of the day. If you’re in a position where you cannot answer your phone for work etc, it’s frustrating. They also don’t respond quickly enough to emails and are slow on the chat app. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026

I am very happy when 118 118 approved my loan after I was disappointed by HSBC if 118 118 failed me as does HSBC I will lose my three plots of land in Nigeria, as part of my land has been sold out to another person, I thank God I am able to fenced round all the three plots and got back my land from those it was sold to.
