Customer service is excellent, interest is high!

Customer service is excellent, they are very accommodating if you are to have an issue and will hep you in any way they can. They often provide useful resources too. However, the negative part is that their interest rates are quite predatory. But if you're in the situation where you have limited options, then it is what it is.
