Fast process and exceptionally easy to understand. I didn't feel overwhelmed by jargon, which made it easier for me to get the loan I wanted. Everything came in Text and e-mail and was plain and straightforward to read and understand, the application form itself was pretty easy to follow making for an actual pleasant 15 minutes with no head scratching.
