Treated well

I did not have any issues my money was in my account very quick, the only thing I would say is the payments are slightly high but it’s only short term I suppose Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Simple, fast and approved when others wouldn’t!

I recently took out a loan with 118 118 Money and was really impressed by how simple and smooth the whole process was. Like many others, my credit score made it difficult to get approved elsewhere, but they were able to help me out. While the interest rates are definitely on the higher side, I’m happy to pay for the convenience and the fact that they actually gave me a chance. If you need a straightforward process and haven't had luck with mainstream lenders, I’d definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
