Never insure with this company!!

Once you are insured with them they will try and find anything to make you pay extra. Also constantly threatening to cancel your policy because they need more documents even after you’ve sent them numerous times. We used a compare website which did not allow me to enter an exact date I passed my test so got charged an extra £700. Unhelpful, constantly putting the phone down and rude. Admin fees

Kind of messed up the date when I passed my test and was charged £85 on my premium Thieves and rogues who know what there doing, every customer will get the same treatment Wish I never went near them am now higher than what I was last year Reviewed on: 12th May 2021

Thieves!

The Bunch of cheaters!!! They think they can do everything because they have all the money and power, just because they are big company does not allow them to do what ever they want to customers. £50 non-refundable cancellation

UPDATE - I have since been contacted and refunded. The customer service girl Linda was excellent. She said they are looking into this as a change for their systems. Took out a policy, needed to cancel, apparently somewhere nicely hidden in small print among all the 14 day cool off promises; it says that I would get charged a £50 non-refundable fee if I cancel (despite me doing the policy myself online, and cancelling within 2 hours.) Nicole B delighted in telling me that it says that I'd be charged. If you are stupid enough to take out insurance with these people, good luck! Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Avoid at all costs

Beware Beware! Just got stung for an extra amount that was due to me not giving EXACT date that I or my husband passed our tests. We both passed over 20 years ago and I had no idea of the exact dates. Innocent mistake that I am now paying for - be warned Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

0 SCORE IF I WAS ALLOWED...

If i could've put 0 star review score I would've definitely done it. NEVER EVER insure your car at this company that operate like a scam. They without hesitation will be charge you twice without even notifying you that there are 2 active policies on the same car. And after you sell your car do not expect a refund for unused period but expect another fee for cancellation (£50 in my case) and another monthly charge in advance on the top of it... small print, eh! No integrity

The company is an absolute disgrace. They cancelled my policy without notice or contacting me verbally. I have been driving without knowledge of this for almost two weeks! Oddly they had emailed requesting at least 8 documents. I had provided them with the vast majority of the documents they requested except for proof of address. As I was in the process of moving home I had not yet received bills and proof of address. I had explained this to them via email. When I called to find out their reason, their representative said it’s because I didn’t call and that it is within their right to cancel my policy leaving me driving illegally without notice or calling me.
