I like honesty..

Remortgage

Made the effort to construct a bespoke mortgage for a difficult case and helped us through all phases so we were in a position to proceed Was kind enough to grant a 1 month extension when the mortgage deeds became complicated. Saved us at a difficult time

Chorley we’re utterly amazing. They listened to us and gave us such a personal service. They understand personal circumstances and that everything is not cut and dry. Brilliant - patient and personalised

Candice was so patient with us and really professional. She was clear and thorough in our application and always clearly explained all of our options. We had a few hiccups along the way unrelated to Chorley (COVID and OFSTED) which delayed us sending information back, and Candice was really patient with us throughout these.
