Signed up for online

Decided to sign up to online with the Chorley because of lock down. It was very straight forward and easy to understand considering doing online banking is new to me. I was sent an ID number through the post and went into my Chorley accounts but I couldn’t see a log out notice which the letter accompanying my ID number said to do but it would log me out after 5 minutes automatically if I wasn’t using the inline service. I found this to be a long time to wait and would have thought probably a couple of minutes would have been enough wait. I rang the next day and spoke to a lovely lady Called Joyce Haywood who was working from home because of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, she was very helpful and asked if there was a menu option which there was so I clicked on it and low and behold was the option to log off. So I feel much happier now that I can log straight out. Thanks for your help Joyce. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020

A Chorley Building Society Happy Customer.

I always use Key House because it's easy to park. The staff I have met are always smart and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable and very helpful. there is usually no queue to the counter, so I never have to wait too long for assistance. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Friendly and easily contactable

It’s a local building society. You can ring straight through to a human being. Staff are helpful, informative and knowledgeable. No robotic automated systems - large banks and building societies cannot offer personal service. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
