Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Have mainly dealt with yourselves by post. On the odd occasion I have spoken via phone have found staff very friendly and helpful. Postal dealings have always been dealt with promptly. Reviewed on: 9th November 2021
