Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Easy to contact by post and with efficient and helpful telephone service (from over 100 miles away)/ Prompt to respond and polite. SAE for paying in would be helpful. Possibly when I can't phone to enquire about a new account I could have been told that an interest review was imminent, as it clearly was. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2024
