VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

I attempted to close an account and transfer the savings to a new account(I'm not very tech minded) I visited the Head Office where the problem I had was sorted very quickly with a very helpful member of staff Reviewed on: 5th March 2024

A Caring, Traditional and Caring Building Society

I always find the staff in my local Chorley Building Society (Leyland) very helpful and friendly. There is a nice, warm and friendly atmosphere when you enter the Building Society. I receive regular updates about any new saving schemes and the staff are always ready to help with any enquiries I may have.
