My wife & I have used this Building Society for more years than I would care to think about, the Staff have always been friendly, always smart, will listen to our requests, will offer advise if requested, certainly no hard sell, indicated or pushed, and always interested in what one says! A pleasure to enter this Building Society, which from the customer view, is warm like the Staffs greetings, very tidy, neat, viewing glasses are polished to a sparkling finish, decoration of this room, is organised and always maintained to a high standard...I think that my wife & I will stay a few years more, thank you...Mr D J Mrs Christine Moran Reviewed on: 4th March 2024

Child trust fund with CBS is great

We set up a child trust fund with CBS and it has been easy to manage, with family able to contribute. Having a local branch in Chorley is great too! it's nice to use a truly local building society, and we've never had any issues. Reviewed on: 4th March 2024
