Amanda, who I believe is based at the High Street branch in Chorley is so helpful and polite when I telephone Chorley Building Society, it is a delight for me should I be lucky enough for her to answer the telephone call. Help with getting online

I had problems getting online with Chorley, I had forgotten the password I had nominated when I opened the account. This was exacerbated by some IT problems the Chorley were having. Their staff were really helpful and friendly and got it sorted for me in a day or two. Really refreshing to have good customer service and a friendly voice. Reviewed on: 1st November 2023

Excellent Customer Service

I had to call the building Society as there were problems with a new savings account. What makes things difficult is that I have a nuerological condition that can sometimes get in the way of everyday task. The call was handled by Amanda, who took me step by step through what I needed to do. Amanda was very patient and waited for me to complete each step of the process which probably took longer than someone without the issues I have. I am grateful for her patience.
