Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

We are new customers to the Chorley Building Society but the service we have received from the two members of staff we have dealt with has been most satisfactory. They are courteous and polite and knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. This does not always apply today. Reviewed on: 17th October 2023
