Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Very competitive

We have been with Chorley for a number of years, being retired it is important we are achieving good interest rates. Chorley have lead the way in supporting customers with excellent offers to make sure we are achieving good returns. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Honest Local Building Society

Chorley Building Society is a great contributor to the local community. I have an affinity savings account, which supports an annual donation to a local charity. As well as this, the staff select a local charity every year to support, as well as sponsoring local grass roots sports clubs. It's a great team to be a part of. Reviewed on: 27th February 2023

Customer Friendly Society

I only came across Chorley Building Society whilst cycling through Leyland and popped in for a chat. Opened a savings account few days after after being really impressed by the friendliness and customer service given. They were lovely. Only issue was the sixty day account needing 60 days and a week tp cash in which I missed whilst abroad. But thats the terms originally agreed. The phone service and communication is excellent.
