Friendly staff

Chorley building society is run like banks/building societies used to be run. The staff are very helpful and friendly and they will spend time explaining things when needed. They are not constantly pushing for everything to be done online like the banks do. Very good customer service.

As I get older more companies seem to offer algorithm like almost robotic customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with Chorley that it was not like this with a personable and helpful customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023
