Excellent service and feels like a family owned/run bank

Polite and helpful staff. Never pushy but only too happy to help. When I was thinking of a mortgage they gave me advice even though they knew it ment It would lead me to a competitor as it would benefit me. They still helped me with the process. I found the savings rates to be amongst the best to be had when I transferred my monies into various accounts with Chorley Building Society. I like that they are our local building society and give savers both a pass book and the ability to manage funds online if that's what the person wants.
