Expressing gratitude.

I had gotten the news back in Africa that my mother was getting worse while in hospital and I needed to travel as a matter of urgency. I applied for a loan just to cover the ticket. Which I got promptly. However, while in the plane, my mum sadly passed away. I had to reapply for a bigger amount to give my mother a decent burial. Credit Union staff was exceptionally helpful and I was able to manage. A big massive gigantic thank you to South Manchester credit union and the entire team. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

Even though I have been a long serving customer I think it’s wonderful how they do their vetting system. The phone call is very personal and professional but most of all you are made to feel comfortable.
