Much more than a break down service

When joining you get a booklet stating all the discounts / money off you can get, which means lots of savings as well as good service if you breakdown. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

New app

Never again will I use this company

8 hours to be recovered in at night in the rain Broke down on the on the m6 north bound a mile from Keel services at 10.10 pm it was raining and the motorway was unlit phoned the AA was told somebody would be with me within the hour after waiting on the bank for nearly 2 hours in bushes soaking wet and with numb feet and hands rung them again and was told somebody would be there soon I raised my voice a bit saying I wasn't happy and was told there was nothing she could do and if I didn't calm down she would hang up I am disabled and it was now gone 12 am waited another hour so this was 3 hours in total rung again at 1 pm and was told again somebody would be there shortly I told her I was disabled and I had been waiting in the rain in wet bushes and I was shivering and was told what do you want me to do about it so she hung up after 4 hours somebody finally turned up put my car on a low loader and took me and my car the 1 mile to Keel services and left me there After nearly 2 hours someone turned up in a van couldn't get my car started so had to wait over an hour for another low loader to take me the 40 miles home got there at 6 am 8 hours to take a car 40 miles I had paid extra for the best cover onward travel free hire car hotel room ect I had to go to the doctors the following day as I was unwell I was not recovered by the AA it was a contractor who green flag and the RAC use so you are better off saving money and using one of them I was lucky my health never suffered any long term damage using the AA 8 hours to be recovered 40 miles in the dark and when it's was raining the said I was a priority the same as it would of been if it would of been somebody who was elderly of somebody with young children Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

eased my panic

Best breakdown cover out there

Having had a couple of old cars, it's been great knowing that I have unlimited callouts with the AA. Great value for money - very friendly and efficient when they do come out, would recommend to anyone! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017

AA Good Service

When I was with AA, you get what you pay for so they have lots of different options, when my car did break down they came very quickly and was able to check my car and provide me with the assistance I needed. Great customer service, when you get through to a agent. Reviewed on: 17th August 2017

Highly recommended

Iv been with the AA for over a year now and always been happy with the service. The only negative thing I have to say is the last time I used them I didn't get a courtesy car when I needed it and had to wait till the morning which meant I had to make my own way to my destination which was at 12am has my friend not came to pick me up I don't know what I would have done. However I think that the person in the office wasn't aware of the no refusal policy they have with enterprise cars. Reviewed on: 13th August 2017

Excellent service and many fringe benefits

I am newly sold on this excellent company for years I felt it was pricey, however I did not knwo about al the additon finge benfits and discounts! Also they were rapid to the scene and got us moving quickly. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Never looked back!
