Great customer service.

Great customer services in terms of having someone to speak to at the other end of the phone, rather than speaking to a machine. This makes it easier in that when I ring the service, I can the right help when I need it, just by a phone call. This is great because time is saved compared to other services where one spends hours speaking to a machine while seeking help, inflating phone bill and in the end one gets disconnected. This can take days to get help and frustrates people seeking help. Reviewed on: 21st March 2024
