Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

No issues thus far

Came out the cheapest overall, blackbox was only in my car for six months. Upon renewal Admiral were still the cheapest to insure with. If they keep this up they'll have a customer for life. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great customer service

Great customer service, each year they do their best to meet or better our best price on comparison websites and this year even spent considerable time going through our home insurance options with us to see if they could tie in our policies together to a multi policy deal for a further discount.
