Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Second to none

Hassle free insurance, first class service and amazing customer service team that go the extra mile to help. The admiral app is cleverly thought out and easy to navigate and being able to chat with a agent via secure online chat makes things so easy. It will take alot to persuade me to change my insurer even if it's not the cheapest option how do you put a price on service. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Amazing and affordable

Moved back to admiral after poor service elsewhere
