Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance company

Have been nothing but supportive throughout a non fault claim. Everything has been explained each step of the way. You never know how good an insurance company is until you need them and Admiral are faultless. I would recommend them to family and friends as well as others. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great, easy coverage

Very helpful and efficient!

I have been with admiral for nearly a year and I have not had a problem. I had a black box fitted at the start of my insurance and was on for about 4 months before I was asked to return it as they had collected enough data. Would definitely recommend! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
