Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral car insurance.

Good all round service and easy to make changes online or over chat. Not the cheapest and unable to review the claim process at the moment. However nothing negative to write about so far. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great customer service and pricing

Have been with admiral for 2 years now, when it came to renewal the original price was too high but after speaking to an excellent customer service team member the price was brought down to a comparable price. Never had to claim but company has a good reputation Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Really good experience
