Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service and happy

I’ve had no issues with Admiral, I’ve been with them for a few years now and all being well I will continue to stay with them, great customer service, their website is easy to use and can make changes online which for me is great and saves time being on hold. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

First rate service

Perfect service and always reasonable in price

I've had a lot of good experiences with admiral. One I'd like to highlight comes from 2020. During the lockdown people used their cars less and were therefore having less incidences that required admiral to pay out. They decided to used the saved money during this time to refund all customers £25. It was an honourable and significant gesture that has earned them much loyalty. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
