Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

brilliant, always helpful, will negotiate. I used them after a silly woman drove out in front of me. Her insurer was Admiral. Admiral phoned me that day after, sorted out a good hire car for me, arrange for my car to to moved from Cornwall to Buckinghamshire, when written off gave me top book price. Excellent. They value customers!!!

When quoted a renewal through admiral, I was able to get a cheaper price elsewhere. I let Admiral know and they was able to lower their renewal offer and I felt valued as a customer. Will recommend Admiral to friends and family in future!!! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
