Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing insurance company

Cheap and easy

Easy and confident..

The price of insurance was amazing, a lot cheaper then what I have paid in the past. I have recently renewed which was a good price, really friendly staff. They took time to really listen and making sure they had covered everything while I was in the phone. It was a breath of fresh air because people on the other end of the phone are normal, rushing you trying to get you off the phone where as when I called admiral, it was the complete opposite which was nice.
