Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good customers services

Admiral I’ve chosen to stay with this Insurance for years. The new car Insurance annually have been at a reasonable amount. I pay monthly by direct debit. Good customer services advisors easy to contact by telephone or email etc. The friendly team assist and help with quotes and queries in a helpful speedy manner. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Reliable, excellent customer service and rewarded for loyalty.

Been with Admiral for a few years and they have always provided excellence to customer service as and when I needed it. Live chat operators are quick and eager to help with any queries, updates to insurance making amending or renewing insurance a breeze. Even had money on my insurance during covid which was nice.
