Fair on price

I’ve been an admiral customer for some time now and there are two reasons for this Proactive customer service As well as regular emails and newsletters , during the pandemic, (a time where many businesses were either struggling or being greedy) admiral proactively returned money to their customers recognising there were less cars in the road. This was something they did not need to do. Fair on price Each renewal period I am not forced to renegotiate rates with them as the renewal offer is fair and a good price - for this reason I have continued to keep opted to remain with them. When I have looked at competitors for the price, I have found I’m not able to beat my offer anyway. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Hassle-free insurance

I've been with Admiral for a couple of years now. I switched from 1 vehicle to multi-cover - incredible value for money. After the first year I called and asked them to compete with the insurance prices I got online, and they did, so I stayed. After that the renewal price they gave me was better than the cheapest I could find online. Again i stayed. I've made claims, with the app it's easy. I have a ongoing law case due to injury in a accident and Admiral Law contacted me with help. As i said, hassle-free and easy to-the-point coverage! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Insurance- How it should be done

I've been wirh numerous Insurance companies over the years and have tried to move away from Admiral for comparison reasons but no matter what I do I always boomerang back. Just What You Want

Can’t complain in the slightest with Admiral. Fairly priced for what I wanted and no messing around when it comes to needing anything. There can sometimes be a slight wait to talk to somebody, but there’s not a company in the world that can guarantee a member of staff to be free and ready to take a call all of the time! No complaints when needing recovery or anything, just quick, attentive responses and help given almost instantly. 10/10 would recommend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
