Super service and accessibility

I switched to Admiral two years ago as I wanted to include a newly qualified young driver on my policy and their price was really good. In addition, it is so easy to access all my insurance documents online and to make any changes for standard things online too. When we had a query about something non-standard, I spoke to someone at Admiral who was knowledgeable and super helpful, checking with the underwriters who then emailed me so I had the answer in writing. I keep coming back!

After driving for over 20 years and having almost the same amount of different car insurers during that time i find myself always back with Admiral. Why? Brilliant is an understatement.

I cannot fault Admiral and their service at all. Had a couple of hiccups here and there when somebody went head first in to my car, so had to notify them, but they have always gone above and beyond. The team are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can safely say it’s very unlikely that I would be moving to another insurance company any time soon. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
