Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Effortless insurance

Really helpful for a new driver.

As a new driver I wasn’t very good at getting the best deals on my insurance. I was originally with another company paying £200 a month because they didn’t talk to me about anything. HOWEVER, when I spoke to admiral, I told them I was new and unsure what I needed, they went through everything with me and didn’t pressure me into adding extras on.
