Competitive pricing and discount if you find a cheaper provider. Premiums on average have generally increased year upon year, but I believe this is likewise with other companies. Good customer support when dealing with insurance related claims or queries. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Insurance price keeps rising above inflation, Electric cars have been as a reason for premium increases. Electric cars should be under an insurance only for them to prevent their high costs affecting ICE cars. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Very expensive, every year

Always increasing my premium, every year is the same even with no claims. I try to call them and spent hours waiting in a queue. Very poor, but if you can be bothered to wait for many hours then they will usually drop the price by up to 50%. They prey instead and hope people cannot be bothered to queue.
