Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multi Easy Cover

Admiral insurance has put and kept a smile on my face the last couple of years... from thoughtful moneyback during Covid19 to a fantastic renewal price.... this makes me one very happy customer! Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Forward thinking.

They are quick to help if you need them and they plan ahead even in the middle of a pandemic they where the first to refund some money to all their customers while less risks where present. Prefect customer service. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Get a quote from Admiral before you renew.

Had stayed with same insurer for a few years as they seemed competitive, but when renewal jumped 25% this year for no apparent reason, I tried Admiral who blew my insurer out of the water. Well done Admiral. AJ Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Multi-car policy

Multi-car policy makes everything so easy, with everything in one place. Also works out a lot cheaper. Especially like that it gives you the cost for each car, so you can compare when renewing. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

The Admiral web site is easy to use whether looking for new insurance, trying to find your quotes or looking for your own car insurance details from your account.
