Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Why Admiral Multicar insurance makes sense

I’ve had my vehicle insured by Admiral for years , when my partner passed her driving test we approached Admiral ( and a few other insurance companies) for a Multicar quote , the savings on a like for like policy are why I still insure our vehicles with Admiral. The on line “dash board” is easy to navigate and their representatives are easy to contact by phone , no query too small. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
