Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

We have been with Admiral for 4 years in a row now. They are never beaten on renewal price and always provide a top knotch service. Whenever I have spoken to a member of the team, they have always been polite and courteous and always endeavoured to solve my query/problem. All you would want from an Insurance company!

Amazing customer service when I have had to contact then through phone which not every company does have. Each year i have been with this company i havent had a single issue.
