Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multi- car good value

For years I had been telling Admiral customer service to make my renewal quotes fair value and to reflect customer loyalty.As past renewal quotes had always been overinflated and I had to seek new quotes from other providers.Well guess what, they listened and the last 2 x years my renewal quotes have represented good market value and easy to renew. Always great service, how refreshing that has been!

Prompt help when I recently had a no fault claim, I have a multicar policy & easy to use online to add named drivers. Excellent value when compared with other companies. And amazingly I received a refund because covid pandemic meant less use of our cars (although as a key worker I still had to use mine) I can’t fault Admiral on my experience in the last 5 years Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
