Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always the best price and easy to contact

Whenever I get my auto renew notice I go on price comparisons to check and admiral are always much cheaper for my car insurance. Only had one account issue in 8 years and they sorted straight away. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

5* customer service and always go the extra mile for their customers

So I have had an accident and had to claim of my insurance and for a hard time for me admiral did everything for me and I had a settlement for my old car within 5 days of my accident everything was explained and my multicar was changed to a single for me just needed to answer a few questions and it ended up being a little bit cheaper than I expected renewals always come back a similar price to the year before but with a quick phone call they always get within the region of the cheaper competitors also modifications are able to be insured where other companies don't allow I would always recommend admiral to friends and family because of how easy it is to contact and talk to them. Overall service

It’s been easy to review my policy with yourselves. The app and website is clear and concise about payments and offers that are available.
